How to convert PDF to PowerPoint
- Select or drop one or more PDFs — every page will become a slide.

- Click Convert to PowerPoint and download the .pptx — it opens in PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote.
About PDF to PowerPoint
Reuse a PDF as a presentation. Every page becomes a slide the same shape as the page; in Editable mode the graphics, photos and backgrounds are kept as the slide picture and the words are put back as real text boxes — same place, font, size, weight and colour — so you can change them in PowerPoint.
Prefer an identical copy? Choose Exact pictures. Copy each page’s text into the speaker notes, pick pages to include, and convert several PDFs at once — all in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
Good for
- Reusing a PDF report as slides
- Editing the text of a PDF handout in PowerPoint
- Presenting a PDF with speaker notes
Tip: Pages turned sideways? Rotate them in the Pages view before converting so the slides come out upright.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit the text on the slides?
Yes. In Editable mode the words are taken out of the page picture and put back as real PowerPoint text boxes in the same place, with the font, size, bold/italic and colour matched — so slides look like the PDF but you can change the text.
What about pictures, charts and backgrounds?
They stay exactly as in the PDF: the page is drawn without its text and used as the slide picture. Choose Exact pictures if you only want an identical copy.
What happens with scanned PDFs?
A scanned page has no real text, so it becomes a picture slide. Use OCR PDF first to add text, or PDF to Word to get editable text from scans.
What size are the slides?
Slides take the size and shape of the PDF pages, so nothing is cropped or stretched. Pages of other sizes are scaled to fit.
Can I convert several PDFs or only some pages?
Yes. Each PDF becomes its own presentation; type page ranges or use the Pages view to drop or reorder slides first.
Are my PDFs kept private?
Yes. The slides are created in your browser and your files never leave your device.
