or drag & drop PDFs (and images) here

How to organize a PDF

  1. Select or drop one or more PDFs (images work too) — every page shows as a card.
  2. Drag pages into order, turn, duplicate or delete them, add blank pages — or use the panel to reverse the order, collate two-sided scans or move selected pages to a position.
  3. Click Save organized PDF and download the new file.

About Organize PDF

Put the pages of a PDF in exactly the order you need. Drag pages around, turn them, duplicate or delete them, insert blank pages, and add pages from other PDFs or images to build one document. Select several pages to handle them together, and undo any step.

Handy extras do the tedious work: reverse the whole document, collate fronts and backs from a one-sided scanner, move a selection to a given position, or add a blank page after every few pages. Pages are copied without re-drawing, and everything runs in your browser.

Good for

  • Fixing the page order of a scanned document
  • Combining parts of several PDFs into one
  • Putting two-sided scans back together

Tip: Only need to remove or keep a few pages? Delete PDF Pages and Extract PDF Pages are quicker.

Frequently asked questions

What can I do with the pages?

Drag them into any order, turn them left or right, duplicate or delete them, insert blank pages, and add pages from other PDFs or images. Select several pages (click, Shift+click) to turn, duplicate, delete or move them together.

How do I fix two-sided scans?

If you scanned all fronts and then all backs, click “Collate fronts and backs”: the pages are put back as front, back, front, back. Tick “Backs were scanned last page first” if you turned the whole stack over.

Can I combine several PDFs?

Yes. Add more PDFs or images and arrange all their pages together; everything is saved as one PDF.

Can I undo changes?

Yes. Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y undo and redo every change, and “Original order” puts all pages back as they came.

Will the quality change?

No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Images you add are placed at their original resolution.

Do my files leave my device?

No. Pages are rearranged in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
