How do I create an invoice?
Add your business and logo, choose or type the client, enter the items with quantity and rate, pick the tax, and download the PDF. The preview on the right shows the invoice exactly as it will look.
Can I make GST invoices for India?
Yes. Choose India GST: add your GSTIN and state, the client’s GSTIN and the place of supply, and set the GST rate and HSN / SAC code on each item. The invoice splits the tax into CGST and SGST, or IGST for another state, and adds a tax summary and the amount in words.
Can customers pay by scanning a QR code?
Yes. Add a UPI, SEPA (GiroCode), Pix or payment-link QR code under Payment — it always contains the current amount due, so customers scan and pay the right amount.
Can I keep track of paid and unpaid invoices?
Every invoice you download, print or save goes to My documents, where you can search, see what is outstanding, mark invoices as paid, open, duplicate and export the list to CSV.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
Labels in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch, and more than 40 currencies with the right number format — for example ₹1,23,456.00 or 1.234,56 €.
Can I send an e-invoice?
Use “E-invoice XML” in the menu to save the invoice as UBL 2.1 (EN 16931) for Peppol and EU e-invoicing portals.
Is it really free, without a watermark?
Yes. Make as many documents as you like — no sign-up, no limits and no watermark on the PDF.
Where are my documents and clients stored?
Only in your browser on this device. Your business details, logo, clients, item catalogue and saved documents never reach a server. Use “Back up everything” in the menu to move them to another device.
