Frequently asked questions
What should a receipt include?
The receipt number and date, who paid and who received the money, what it was for, the amount (with tax if any), the payment method and a signature. The template includes all of them.
Can I make a rent or donation receipt?
Yes. Enter one line such as “Rent for October 2026” or “Donation”, the amount and the payment method. Change the title if you need, for example “RENT RECEIPT”.
Can I add a signature or stamp?
Draw your signature with the mouse or your finger, or upload a photo of your signature or company stamp — it is placed above the signatory name.
Can the receipt show a balance?
Untick “Paid in full” to record a part payment; the amount received and the remaining balance are shown.
Is it really free, without a watermark?
