About vCard to CSV
Convert contacts saved as vCard (.vcf) files into a spreadsheet. Every field is read — names, nicknames, all e-mail addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses with their types, company, job title, birthday, websites, notes and groups — from vCard 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0.
Get a simple table with every field, or a CSV laid out for importing into Google Contacts or Outlook. Several files are combined, duplicates can be left out, accented and non-Latin names stay correct, and nothing is uploaded — your contacts stay on your device.
Good for
- Moving iPhone or Android contacts to Google or Outlook
- Cleaning up a contact list in Excel
- Backing up contacts in a readable format
Tip: On iPhone, share contacts as a .vcf from the Contacts app or export them from iCloud.com.
Frequently asked questions
Which vCard files work?
vCard 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0 — the .vcf files that iPhone, Android, iCloud, Outlook, Gmail and most phones export — including files with many contacts, folded lines, quoted-printable text and accented or non-Latin names.
Are all phone numbers and e-mails kept?
Yes. Every e-mail, phone number and address is kept, each in its own column with its type (home, work, mobile…).
Can I import the CSV into Google Contacts?
Yes. Choose the Google Contacts layout: the columns match what Google expects, so names, e-mails, phones, addresses, company and birthdays land in the right fields.
Can I import it into Outlook?
Yes. Choose the Outlook layout to get Outlook’s own column names, such as Mobile Phone, Business Phone and Home Street.
What about duplicate contacts?
Contacts with the same name and the same e-mail or phone are kept once by default.
Can I convert several .vcf files at once?
Yes. All the contacts from all the files are put in one CSV.
Are my contacts uploaded?
No. The conversion happens entirely in your browser — your contacts never leave your device.
