Frequently asked questions

How are the hours calculated?

Hours = end time − start time − break. Shifts that end after midnight are handled, and you can type the hours directly instead of times.

How is overtime worked out?

Choose overtime over a number of hours per week (for example 40) or per day (for example 8), and the multiplier such as 1.5. Regular hours, overtime and the pay are shown separately.

Can I log several projects on one day?

Yes. Use “+ same day” to add another entry for the same date with its own project and times; the timesheet shows the total per project.

Can I bill my hours?

Set your hourly rate and click Create invoice: the Invoice Generator opens with one line per project and the hours as quantity.

Can I clock in and out?

Yes — “Clock in now” and “Clock out now” record the current time. The timesheet stays saved on this device between visits.

Is my timesheet uploaded?

No. Everything is calculated and saved in your browser on this device.
