About Image Cropper
Cut a picture down to the part you need. Drag the crop box and its handles, draw a new box, or type the exact width, height and position in pixels. Lock the box to an aspect ratio — square, 16:9, 4:5 or your own — and turn or flip the picture first if it is sideways.
Crop many pictures at once: each keeps its own crop, or copy one crop to all of them. Save at full quality as JPG, PNG or WebP, optionally at a fixed width. Nothing is uploaded.
Good for
- Removing unwanted edges and backgrounds from photos
- Making pictures fit a frame, slide or website slot
- Cropping screenshots to the important part
Tip: Hold Shift with the arrow keys to move the crop box 10 pixels at a time.
Frequently asked questions
How do I crop to an exact size?
Type the width and height in pixels, and the distance from the left and top edge. The box moves to match, and you can still drag it.
Can I keep a fixed aspect ratio?
Yes — choose 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 16:9, 9:16, 3:2, 2:3, 5:4, 4:5 or a custom ratio, and the box keeps that shape while you resize it.
Can I crop several images the same way?
Yes. Crop the first picture, then click “Use this crop for all pictures”. Each picture can still be adjusted on its own.
Can I rotate or flip before cropping?
Yes — turn left or right by 90° and flip horizontally or vertically.
Will cropping reduce quality?
No. The kept part is saved at full resolution; choose PNG for no compression at all.
Do my images leave my computer?
No. Cropping happens in your browser, so your pictures are never uploaded.
