Work in focused blocks (traditionally 25 minutes) followed by a short break (5 minutes); after four blocks take a longer break (15–30 minutes). It helps you start, keep focus and avoid burnout.

Can I change the session lengths?

Yes — open Settings to set focus, short break, long break and how often the long break comes, or pick a preset such as 50/10 or 90/20.

How do tasks work?

Add tasks with an estimate of pomodoros, click one to make it active, and every finished focus session is counted on it.

Does it track my progress?

Yes — today’s pomodoros and focus time are shown with a small chart of the last seven days, saved on your device.

What are the keyboard shortcuts?

Space starts or pauses, S skips to the next session, R resets and F goes full screen.
