How do I make a salary slip?
Enter your company and the employee, pick the month and paid days, and fill in the earnings and deductions. The payslip on the right updates as you type; download the PDF or print it.
Are PF, ESI and professional tax calculated?
Yes, with India rules on: PF at 12% of basic (optionally on a maximum of ₹15,000), ESI at 0.75% when the gross is up to ₹21,000, and the professional tax you enter. Employer contributions and the cost to company can be shown as well.
How is loss of pay handled?
Enter the paid days. With pro-rating on, every earning is reduced by paid days ÷ days in the month, and the payslip shows both the full-month and the paid amount.
Can I make payslips for all employees at once?
Yes. Download the template, fill one row per employee in Excel or Google Sheets, and open it under Bulk payslips — you get a ZIP with a PDF for every employee and a payroll summary CSV.
Can I use it outside India?
