About Extract Emails
Pull every email address out of messy text — copied web pages, page source, documents, spreadsheets or chat logs. Duplicates are removed, addresses can be lower-cased and sorted, and the summary shows which domains appear most.
Keep only certain domains or leave some out, sort by domain, and copy the list one per line, comma-separated or with semicolons for Outlook — or download a CSV with the domain of each address.
Good for
- Building contact lists from documents and pages
- Cleaning email lists from exports
- Finding all addresses in a long thread
Tip: Open several files at once — each one gets its own tab, and “All results (ZIP)” saves every list.
Frequently asked questions
Which addresses are found?
Every valid-looking address, including ones written as mailto: links, with plus signs (name+tag@…), sub-domains and international letters. Incomplete ones like name@site are skipped.
Can I keep only some domains?
Yes — list the domains to keep (e.g. gmail.com) or to leave out, and sub-domains are matched too.
How do I paste them into Outlook or Gmail?
Choose “Semicolon (Outlook)” or “Comma” as the separator and copy.
Can I open files?
Yes — open or drop TXT, Markdown, CSV, HTML, JSON, subtitles, Word (.docx), OpenDocument (.odt), RTF and PDF files, even several at once.
Are the addresses I extract uploaded?
No. The addresses are found in your browser, so your text and files never leave your device. A draft is kept only in this browser so you don't lose it.
