How to merge a photo and signature

Some online applications ask for your photo and signature in a single picture. Add both and get one image with the photo on top and the signature below — in passport size, 2 × 2 inch or any size in pixels — with an optional name and date, a border, 300 DPI and a file size limit in KB.

Which forms need a photo with signature?
Many exam, admission and recruitment forms ask for one picture with the photo on top and the signature below. Check the size and file limit in the form’s instructions and choose them here.
Is the white paper around my signature removed?
Yes. With “Remove the paper” on, only the ink is kept, so the signature sits cleanly on the photo or document. Move the Ink detection slider if lines are too thin or the paper shows.
Can I add my name and the date?
Yes — type your name and tick “Add today’s date” to print them under the signature.
Can I sign a photo of a document?
Yes. Choose “Signature on the picture”, drag the signature where it belongs and set its size, angle and opacity.
Do my photo and signature stay private?
Yes. Both are combined in your browser and never uploaded.
What if the form rejects the file size?
Set the form's KB limit before downloading and the image is compressed to fit. If it's still too large, choose a smaller size in cm or pixels.
