How do I remove a pimple or spot?
Choose Remove spot, set the brush a little larger than the spot and click or paint over it — it is filled from the surrounding skin.

The smoothing only works on skin tones, keeps edges and adds a fine grain so skin keeps its texture. Lower the amount for a natural look.
