How to Convert JPG Images to a PDF

Updated 29 October 2026

Many forms and portals only accept PDF. Turning photos of documents — an ID card, receipts, handwritten notes — into a single PDF makes them easy to submit and share.

It is the easiest way to turn photos of receipts, forms or ID cards into one tidy document you can email or upload.

Step by step

  1. Open JPG to PDF and select or drop your JPG or PNG images. Each appears as a tile.
  2. Drag the tiles to set the page order. Duplicate or remove images as needed.
  3. Pick a page size, then click Create PDF and download.

Tips for photographed documents

Page size, margins and layout

Make each page the same size as its image, or choose A4, US Letter, US Legal, A3, A5 or a custom size in millimetres — portrait, landscape or automatic — with no margin or a small, medium or large one.

Several images on one page

Choose 2, 4, 6 or 9 images per page, which is handy for receipts, ID card copies and contact sheets. “Fit” shows each whole image; “Fill” covers the space evenly.

Frequently asked questions

Does every image become its own page?

Yes — each image becomes one page, in the order shown on screen.

Can I use PNG or iPhone photos?

PNG works directly. Convert iPhone HEIC photos to JPG first with HEIC to JPG.

Will my phone photos come out sideways?

No. Each photo is turned upright using the orientation your phone saved with it.

Can I add an existing PDF too?

Yes. Mix images and PDFs — the PDF's pages are kept as they are.
